Ordering prescription refills is very easy to do. You can place your refill order through one of four convenient options.
Ordering Online from GlobalDrugsOnline.com website:
If you’ve submitted an online order before and have therefore created an online account, you can simply login to your existing
customer account and use our shopping cart system to place your refill order.
Ordering by Telephone from GlobalDrugsOnline.com pharmacy:
Call our toll-free customer support center at 1-877-221-3784 and one of our customer care representatives
would be happy to help you place your refill order. If there have been any changes to your account (i.e. contact information,
shipping information, medical conditions, etc.), please make sure you tell our representative so that they may update your information.
Our customer support center hours of operation are 5am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 8am-2:30pm PST on Saturday. If you are unable
to reach us, please leave us a detailed message including your full name, phone number (including area code), and details of he
medications you want refilled. A representative will call you back within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not hear from us
within 24 hours, please make sure you call us back to confirm that your refill order has been placed.
Ordering by Email at GlobalDrugsOnline.com
You can email us your refill request at info@globaldrugsonline.com. Please remember to include your full name, telephone number
(including area code), and details of the medications you want refilled. Please also indicate if there are any changes that need to be
made to your account (i.e. contact information, shipping address, medical conditions, etc.).
Ordering by Fax or Mail at GlobalDrugsOnline.com
To order by Fax or Mail, you can download, print, and complete our Existing Customer Order Form and fax or mail this to us. Toll-Free
